19. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
- Rebecca & Drew accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for online and in-store purchases
- Rebecca & Drew also accepts cash and personal check for sales occurring in retail store locations
20. PURCHASING ONLINE
- There are two ways to arrive at our catalog selection. Either click on the “shop” link located on the upper left hand corner of every page or use the “search” function located on the upper right hand corner on every page for a more detailed search
- If you arrive at the catalog page via the “shop” link you can either scroll down the page to see all of the items offered or narrow your search by selecting a category of clothing from the list on the left hand side of the page (shirts, dresses, bottoms, jackets etc).
- Click on any item that you are interested in and you will be brought to a detailed item page
- Here you will learn more about the fit of the item, the fabric content and care instructions
- Use the zoom function to get a closer look at the details of the garment
- Click on the body icons to learn if that specific item is right for your silhouette
- If the selected style is available in additional colors, a fabric swatch will be shown here
- If you are interested in purchasing this item select the following information:
- Body shape icon (click here to learn more about what icon best represents your silhouette)
- Color: if there are multiple color options available in this style you will need to select which color you would like
- For TrioFit items size consists of three parts: Chest Circumference, bra cup size and height. If you are 5’6” or taller we recommend the Long length and if you are 5’5” or under we recommend the Regular length

21. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
- Your credit card will not be charged until we are certain that we have your entire order in stock
- If we do not have your entire order in stock we will send you an email notifying you of the discrepancy and will not ship or charge your purchase until we receive direction from you
22. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SHIPMENT?
- We do our very best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order
- Delivery will depend on which shipping method you select. We offer ground, two day and overnight delivery for shipments within the United States. If items are in stock, ground shipments are generally received within 5-10 business days from when you place an order
23. CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will automatically receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. You can check the status of whether or not your order has been shipped by visiting the “My Account” section of the website. However, you will not automatically receive your shipping tracking information. If you would like your tracking number please email your name, order number and date of purchase to info@rebeccaanddrew.com
24. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
- We charge a flat $12 fee for ground shipping
- We charge a flat $30 fee for overnight shipping
- We charge a flat $40 fee for international shipping
25. IF AN ITEM IS LISTED AS OUT OF STOCK WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO ORDER IT?
- Depending on what the item is we may be restocking it, please email us at info@rebeccaanddrew.com for questions about specific items
- In general, we continually restock items from our classics collection. These items consist of long sleeved and short sleeved button front shirts in solid white, black, oxford blue and pale pink as well as classic shirt dresses in black
26. DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
- Rebecca & Drew online purchases arrive wrapped in tissue paper in a branded Rebecca & Drew box.
- For an additional $5 fee Rebecca & Drew offers gift wrapping. During checkout please specify if you would like your purchase gift wrapped.

28. I DON’T SEE MY SIZE LISTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We currently offer 34 TrioFit sizes ranging from 32A-38DD in both regular and long lengths. It is our goal to outfit every woman in the best button front shirt they’ve ever had, so if your size is not available please let us know by emailing us at info@rebeccaanddrew.com
29. HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR CLOTHING WILL FIT ME?
- Specific garment measurements are available through the “sizing chart” link on each detail page within our online shop
- Keep in mind that we include a prepaid, preaddressed return shipping label with all full priced purchases.
